Deli cup with mesh containing over half a pound of prepared chow and selected size and quantity of silkworms.
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
Live arrival guarantee for all shipments when the temperature is 40°F - 90°F. If shipping outside this temperature range, then live arrival is not guaranteed except if shipped using FedEx priority overnight. All overnight shipments will come in an insulated shipping box with hot/cold packs as needed.
SHIPPING INFO
USPS shipments are sent Monday – Wednesday. Orders placed after 3pm on Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday.
FedEx Priority Overnight Shipments are sent Monday-Thursday. Orders placed after 3pm Thursday will be shipped the following Monday

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We do not accept returns or refunds on shipments of silkworms. If you receive a shipment that is dead on arrival, notify us within 6 hours of receiving your shipment. If the shipment meets our live arrival guarantee, then we will schedule another shipment without additional charge.
