LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
Live arrival guarantee for all shipments when the temperature is 40°F - 90°F. If shipping outside this temperature range, then live arrival is not guaranteed except if shipped using FedEx priority overnight. All overnight shipments will come in an insulated shipping box with hot/cold packs as needed.
SHIPPING INFO

USPS shipments are sent Monday – Wednesday. Orders placed after 3pm on Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday.
FedEx Priority Overnight Shipments are sent Monday-Thursday. Orders placed after 3pm Thursday will be shipped the following Monday.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We do not accept returns or refunds on shipments of worms. If you receive a shipment that is dead on arrival, notify us within 6 hours of receiving your shipment. If the shipment meets our live arrival guarantee, then we will schedule another shipment without additional charge.
ENVIRONMENT SAFETY / RELEASE
Hornworms are a USDA regulated organism in the USA and are agricultural pests that can pose a risk to your environment if released. Please follow these rules when recieving hornworms.
- Never release the organism into the environment.
- Do not distribute the organism to anyone(including students).
- If your animal does not eat the hornworms, do not immediately dispose of them. First put the worms and container with all its contents in a plastic bag and freeze them for 3 days before disposal.
